FAQ
1. In what format should I send the file?
- You can send it in the format you worked on (EX: 24bit 48Khz). Lossy formats like MP3 are not suitable for mixing.
2. Does the source need to be in sync?
- Within about 3 minutes of music, there may be sources that only appear for a few seconds. When sending sources, regardless of the length of each source, all sources must be set to the same section before sending.
3. I want to proceed with the pitch and time signature. What should I do?
- Pitch and beat are very delicate areas. Therefore, it is most accurate for musicians to edit directly. If you need a tune job, please contact us and we will kindly guide you.
4. How long does it take to work?
- Based on one single song, it takes about three days. The time required may vary depending on the condition and concept of the multi-track prepared. If the release schedule is tight or there is a separate deadline, please let us know in advance so that the schedule will not be disrupted
5. Is there any additional cost for visiting the studio?
- We highly recommend visiting and working on the studio, and we do not charge any additional fees or consultation fees.
If you send me a multi-track, I will send you a monitor file after the first work. After that, it is basic to visit the studio and discuss and work with the engineer.
6. Is there a limit to the mixing modification?
- There is no concept of modification in mixing. Mixing is not over until we have a convincing outcome.
